IOSS Charges EU Customers

Some of our products ship directly from the EU and therefore will not incur charges at EU member state customs. These products can be identified via the product description and will state, "Ships from the EU"

Products that are shipped from outside the EU and are to be delivered to EU countries may incur charges at customs due to the IOSS rules.

We will try and avoid the need for EU customers to pay customs charges, however this will mean the items may take longer to arrive.
